Clayton Heller questioned the dollar amount for 6 loads of 2 inch minus gravel, at 17,070. The amount should be $1,770.00.

Road Report: All that has been completed so far is Heller Drive with 14 loads. River Cabin will also get a concrete breaker. The culvert at Kenny Peterson Road should be 2/3 s of the way across the swamp. Then we will see how that drains. The roads have been graded, and Daniel Calder has been doing some work and doing well.

There has been a request to put in a 12-foot-wide home that will not fit down Little Tamarack Road without cutting some trees. The issue will be past the landing to make the corner; there are trees growing out and over the road. Daniel Calder will go with a saw and clear some branches. Alden advised the citizen to try a different solution. Alden Shute will do Eagle Head next Friday.

Mike McCullen made motion to accept the Road Report, Alden Shute seconded, it passed.

Old Business: Replacing the handicap accessible ramp for the town hall. Supervisors looked at the ramp. Maureen Rioux will apply for a grant for the cost of a new ramp. If there is no grant, they will stain it and patch it. Clayton Heller will get a lumber price and propose the amount to the Board and volunteer a weekend for putting it together.

Alden Shute made motion to brush the roads, Mike McCullen second and the motion passed.

New Business: Election Judges for the August 11, Primary. Clayton Heller did the work on the roof and there is need for insulation. There is only 6 inches of insulation. Clayton Heller showed the Board members photos of the current insulation.  The lack of insulation is causing condensation and water damage. Clayton Heller will get an estimate for the cost to get more insulation in there.

Patrice Winfield has 12,300.12 in bills and will transfer 12,000. Alden Shute made a motion to approve this transfer and pay said bills. Mike McCullen seconded the motion and it passed.

There was a request to order tools for the garage. They will go to Eagle Head to look at tools that are already available.
